Ingredients

  • 1 bottle of Oyster Bay Pinot Grigio
  • 1 1/4 cup Cal & Gary's Vodka
  • 1 1/4 cup Peach Schnapps
  • 1 1/4 cup white cranberry juice
  • 1L soda water
  • Lime, or other citrus slices
  • Fresh cranberries
  • Rosemary sprigs

How to make it

  1. In a large punch bowl mix together wine, vodka, peach schnapps, mule syrup and cranberry juice
  2. Mix well
  3. Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes so the flavours can combine
  4. Before serving add in lots of ice, the soda water and the fresh cranberries.
  5. Serve with a punch ladle and lots of citrus slices for garnish.
