Ingredients

  • 2 oz Carruthers Irish Cream
  • 1-2 tbsp matcha powder
  • 4 oz cashew milk
  • 2 oz mint tea, cold
  • Ice cubes
  • 1 sprig mint
  • Optional whipped cream

How to make it

  1. Brew mint tea and let cool – can be made ahead of time and left in the refrigerator
  2. In a small bowl add the matcha powder and slowly pour in the cold mint tea, whisking the powder until well combined
  3. Fill a shaker full of ice and add in matcha paste, Irish cream and cashew milk
  4. Shake very well – until the shaker is so cold it’s hard to hold
  5. Strain into an ice filled Irish coffee mug and garnish with a mint sprig and optional whipped cream
