In a small sauce pan bring the water and sugar to a boil, stirring until the sugar has dissolved. Remove from heat and let cool. Once cooled transfer to a large pitcher.
Fill pitcher with wine, limoncello, lemonade, soda water and lemon slices (save some for garnish). Cover with plastic wrap in fridge until ready to serve.
To assemble fill pitcher with ice and garnish with mint and cilantro leave and lemon slices.
