Add the kiwi into a blender or food processor and blend until fully liquefied. Add a splash of water if needed.
Pour the kiwi into the bottom of your popsicle mold and place in the freezer for at least an hour. When ready, blend up all of the strawberries and pour in your lime juice, beer, sugar and freezer pectin and whisk until fully incorporated. Pour evenly into your popsicle molds.
Place the popsicle sticks into the strawberry puree and place the mold back into the freezer for at least an additional 2 hours or overnight.
