  • 1 oz Brandy
  • 1/2 oz lemon juice
  • 1/2 oz simple syrup
  • 3 ox ginger beer
  • 1 oz Michael David Petite Petit

How to make it

  1. Prepare mulled Petite Petit, cool completely. Shake brandy, lemon juice and simple syrup with ice, strain into glass, add ice cubes, fill with ginger beer, top with mulled Petite Petit.
  2. Garnish with star anise.
