Ingredients

  • 1.5 oz Cal & Gary's Premium White Rum
  • 0.5 oz coconut liqueur
  • 2 oz pineapple juice
  • 0.5 oz grenadine
  • 2 oz orange juice
  • 0.5 oz Cal & Gary's Dark Rum
  • 1 pineapple wedge
  • 1 maraschino cherry

How to make it

  1. Combine white rum, coconut liqueur, pineapple juice and grenadine into a cocktail shaker with ice.
  2. Shake for a slow count of 10 or until the shaker frosts up. Pour directly into Hurricane glass and add orange juice.
  3. Top with crushed ice and then carefully pour a small amount of dark rum on top as a float. Garnish with pineapple wedge and maraschino cherry.
