An all-encompassing course designed for the wine enthusiast who wants to increase their knowledge and an industry standard for professionals. This course covers all the major grape varieties, where they are grown, and how to taste wine using the Systematic Approach to Tasting.
It is a 3, full-day course (January 12, 19 & 26) – textbooks and workbook package will be provided ahead of time for advance study. Classes run from 9:30am to 5:30pm.
The examination is a 50 question multiple choice exam. Successful participants will receive the WSET Level 2 Certificate.
