Ingredients
- 2 oz Co-op Bourbon
- 1 oz lemon juice
- 1/4 oz honey
- 6 oz ginger beer
- 1 lime wheel
- 1 lime wedge
How to make it
- Fill a shaker with ice, add in Bourbon, lemon juice and honey. Shake well
- Strain into a pint glass filled with ice
- Top with ginger beer and stir well
- garnish with lime wedge in the glass and a lime wheel on the lip
