Old Bow

Ingredients

1. 1 oz Co-op Irish Whisky
2. 1/2 oz sweet vermouth
3. 3 dash of bitters
4. 2 oz soda water
5. 1 tsp sugar
6. 1 preserved cherry

1. Fill a rocks glass with crushed ice
2. Pour over whiskey, vermouth, sugar and bitters in that order
3. Stir well
4. Top with soda water and stir gently
5. Garnish with a preserved cherry
