How to make it
- Boil water and let it cool slightly, or heat it in a kettle or microwave until hot but not boiling.
- In a heatproof mug or glass, combine the whiskey, honey, and lemon juice. Stir until the honey is fully dissolved.
- Pour the hot water into the mug, stirring gently to mix everything together.
- For extra flavour, add a cinnamon stick and a couple cloves to the mug and let steep for a few minutes.
- Garnish with a lemon slice or twist
