- 1 oz Cal & Gary's Rye Whisky or Cal & Gary's Gin
- 1 oz Dry Vermouth
- 1 oz Aperol
- 2-3 Dashes Angostura Bitters
- Ice cubes
- Orange Peel Twist and Rosemary Sprig, for garnish
- In a mixing glass combine the rye, dry vermouth, aperol and bitters. Add a few ice cubes and stir until well chilled, about 30 seconds.
- Strain into a rocks glass with a few fresh ice cubes and garnish with an orange peel twist and sprig of rosemary.
