  • 1 355 ml Farmer’s & Founders IPA
  • 2 Scoops Coconut Ice Cream
  • 2 oz pineapple juice
  • pinch of salt

How to make it

  1. In a chilled beer mug, place the 2 scoops Mackay’s Young Coconut Ice Cream, pineapple juice and a pinch of salt.
  2. Slowly top it up with IPA. If you pour the beer in too fast, the head will rise too rapidly (always best to avoid rapids when having a float!)
