La Castellina Squarcialupi Chianti Classico – Italy
This is definitely a Chianti Classico in a glass. The winery’s goal is to stay true to the typicity of the Sangiovese grape. It showcases classic notes of red fruits with a bit of spice that comes from 12 months of aging in large barrels.
Pair this wine with lasagna and cured meats.
Torre Zambra Madia Montepulciano d’Abruzzo – Italy
Black fruit galore on this medium-bodied Italian style wine. With notes of blueberry, black cherry and current that ease into light-oak notes of cedar, vanilla and cloves. Light tannins dance across your palate with a refreshingly high-acid profile.
Pair this wine with pork, grilled vegetables and tomato-based sauces.
Los Clop Reserva Malbec – Argentina
A quintessential Malbec that has everything you would expect as well as some delicious surprises. Deep- dark current, plum and black berry dance around an oaky palate that ends with subtle notes of cocoa and ash.
Pair this wine with full-flavoured meals like a juicy hamburger or your favourite cut of Alberta beef.
Field & Flight Pinot Noir – Canada
This wine made at Quail’s Gate in the Okanagan Valley shows notes of crunchy- red fruit and a lovely-savoury finish. You may also find some subtle floral notes to add to the elegance.
Pair this wine with a creamy mushroom risotto and a roasted chicken.
Santa Margherita Pinot Grigio – Italy
This off dry Pinot Grigio is balanced with a vibrant acidity that masks the sweetness of ripe-stone fruit. Flavours of stone fruit, Asian pear, pineapple and Meyer lemon.

Field & Flight Chardonnay – Canada
